The Schwinn MY16 230 Recumbent Bike features a high-speed high-inertia perimeter weighted flywheel, designed for smooth consistent momentum throughout the 20 levels of ECB resistance (with 10 quick keys for easy resistance changing).

The Schwinn MY16 230 Recumbent Bike offers 22 preset workout programs including profile, heart-rate, custom, fitness test and quick start programs. The console allows for 2 different user profiles and the dual screens display motivating workout stats including time, speed, distance, calories, pulse, heart-rate zone indicator, % complete indicator, intensity meter, and goal achievement.
For the heart-rate programs and to help you stay within your target heart-rate zone, the Schwinn 230 features pulse contact grip sensors in the handlebars each side of the seat.
In addition, you can export your data via the bike’s USB port and track your performance online with Schwinn Connect or My Fitness Pal.
The Schwinn MY16 230 Recumbent Bike is easy to mount/dismount thanks to its walkthrough frame design and the seat is easily adjustable for different user heights with its seat rail slider system with easy adjust lever. The seat itself is designed for comfort with a vented contoured bottom and large vented backrest, providing support and helping to keep you cool. There’s also a handy bottle holder mounted at the side of the seat for convenience.
The Schwinn MY16 230 Recumbent Bike is sturdily built, featuring a large center frame support and 2 integrated levelers for added stability. The bike itself supports a maximum user weight capacity of up to 300 lbs.
