The Fitness Reality 210 exercise bike comes with an easy-to-use console (AC adapter included) and features a highly visual blue backlit LCD screen which displays motivating workout stats as you exercise including time, speed, distance, RPM, watts, odometer, calories burned, and pulse heart-rate.  Your heart-rate is measured via the hand pulse sensors built into the bike’s handlebars and is a useful feature to help you stay within your target heart-rate zone as you cycle.

In addition, the Fitness Reality 210’s console features a built-in tablet / smart phone holder so you can keep entertained as you exercise.  There’s also a handy water bottle holder located on the frame underneath the console so you can keep hydrated without having to get off the bike.

The Fitness Reality 210 features a comfortable padded seat and is height adjustable for different user heights ranging from 5ft up to 6ft 4” tall.
