Inspire Fitness Cardio Strider 3 CS3 Recumbent Elliptical

Summary:

The low-impact nature of recumbent elliptical machines means that they are much easier on your knees and joints compared to many other forms of exercise.  The Inspire Fitness Cardio Striders CS3 and CS2 are recommended by many trained physical therapists to help keep your body moving without the risk of further injury or aggrevating old ones.

The CS3 and CS2 recumbent elliptical machines are extremely well-constructed, combining comfortable ergonomics with long-lasting durability.  With their variety of resistance levels and preset programs, both machines offer you the ability to start off at your own pace and gradually increase the intensity of your workouts to help improve your stamina and physical movement.

For many people looking to workout in the comfort of their own home, the CS2 would be more than adequate for your needs and would save you some hard earned $$s.  But don’t forget if you’re looking to include some heart-rate programs in your workouts then opt for the CS3.  For the extra money, the CS3 also has the advantage of being suitable for light-commercial use and comes with a better warranty.

N.B.  It’s advisable to consult your doctor or health care professional before undertaking any new exercise regime.
