The Marcy ME-1019R Recumbent Bike features a step-through frame design, making it easy to mount and dismount the large recumbent seat. The seat is constructed with high density foam padding and has a padded backrest for added support and comfort. The seat measures around 12.5” long x 16.5” wide and is adjustable horizontally, i.e. towards or away from the pedals, making it suitable for an inseam length range of between 27” and 32” (distance between edge of seat and pedals).

Holding on to the front handlebars would give you a more upright cycling posture whereas holding on the handlebars by the side of the seat gives you a more relaxed supported and laid-back feel.
