Summary:
The Schwinn MY16 130 is a really good exercise bike for a relatively low price. It has many of the high-end features of exercise bikes in the more expensive categories. This bike is ideal for moderate use in the comfort of your own home, enabling you to get fit in a low impact way that’s easier on your joints compared to many other types of exercise.
The wide variety of programs and resistance levels on the Schwinn 130 is plenty enough to keep most people happy with lots of variety for both beginners and more advanced riders. Although this exercise bike does not have Bluetooth connectivity (something you tend to find on the more expensive bikes), it does enable you to upload your workout data via USB for fitness tracking apps if that’s something that’s important to you.
Cycling is one of the easiest forms of exercise to stick to over the longer term to reach your fitness goals.
