Adjustable tension switch |
The SF-RB4708 has 8 levels of adjustable resistance which are easy to adjust via a simple-to-use tension switch so you can increase or decrease the intensity of your workout to suit your own pace.
The SF-RB4708 features an over-sized padded seat and backrest for comfort and support as you workout. The seat is easy to mount and dismount thanks to the step-through frame design and is adjustable for different user heights with a simple-to-use side-handle lever adjustment (suitable adjustable inseam range: 26.5 – 34”).
LCD Fitness Monitor |
Your pulse is measured via pulse grip heart-rate sensors built into the handlebars, so you can keep track of and stay within your target heart-rate zone.
The monitor also features a built-in media shelf to place your mobile phone or tablet so you can keep entertained as you exercise. The center post it sits on is movable so you can adjust the height for the best viewing angle.

See what some customers who have bought the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-RB4708 Cross Training Recumbent Bike with Arm Exercisers have to say about it:
J.O.:
“The Sunny SF-RB4708 is a nice exercise bike. It was easy to put together and I like the movable center post. The bike action, adjustable tension and adjustable seat make it a great exercise bike for all the family.”
R.H.:
“So far so good!”
J.H.:
“Directions for assembly could have been better. Came with basic tools, but I would suggest you have a good wrench and screwdriver handy. The motion of the SF-RB4708 is smooth and the controls work well. Both my wife and I use this recumbent bike (6ft 4” tall and 5ft 8” tall) and it’s easy to adjust the seat for each of us. I’ve had a stroke and spinal fusion surgery and this recumbent bike is good for me to get on, stretch and pedal while watching TV or reading my Kindle. My kindle sits on the ledge of the monitor screen. Personally I would have preferred a softer seat but overall I’m pleased with this machine which is a much lower-priced version of a Nu-Step.”
N.B. It’s advisable to consult your doctor or health care professional if you are new to exercise or if you have any concerns regarding your health and fitness regime.
