Increase your physical movement without the impact on your joints with the Inspire Fitness CS4 Cardio Strider 4.

Similar to the recumbent elliptical machines typically found in a physical therapy clinic, the Cardio Strider 4 offers an effective low-impact upper and lower body workout.

The Inspire Fitness CS4 is designed with unique linear path pedals that offer simple back and forth reciprocating leg movement that minimizes hip rotation and reduces knee stress whilst engaging your glutes and leg muscles.

The CS4 offers a stride length range of between 12” to 15” based on foot position and your feet are placed in front of you (rather than below) for improved circulation.

The Cardio Strider 4’s moving handlebars (length adjustable) engage the arms and upper body muscles and can be flipped to switch between chest/back or biceps/triceps workouts.  You can work both your upper and lower body at the same time or choose to work just your upper or lower body in isolation.

The Inspire Fitness CS4 Cardio Strider 4 operates super smoothly and quietly thanks to its Silent Poly V Belt Drive System and friction-free Electro-Magnetic Resistance System.

There are 20 levels of resistance to keep you challenged (starting at an easy 10 watts) and 12 preset programs to keep your workouts varied as well as a Quick Start (manual mode) that puts you in total control of your workouts.

The CS4 comes with both contact pulse grip sensors in the handles and a Polar T31 heart-rate strap for more accurate readings.

The Inspire Fitness Cardio Strider 4 is sturdily constructed and includes front and rear stabilizers for leveling and added stability.  The CS4 allows for a maximum user weight capacity of up to 350 lbs.

Additional features of the CS4 include dual water bottle holders, Child Safety Lock, rear transport wheels and front handle for easy relocation.
