Bikes/exercise bikes support your body weight and are kinder to your joints over many other forms of exercise. The design of recumbent bikes makes them easier to mount and dismount over upright bikes and also offers a larger more comfortable seat with back-support and a more comfortable riding position with more of a laid back feel. If you’re looking for lots of variety in your workouts and want something that will continue to keep you challenged yet is low impact on your joints, then the Bladez Fitness R500i Recumbent Bike is the machine for you.
N.B. It’s advisable to consult your doctor or health care professional if you are new to exercise or if you have any concerns regarding your health and fitness regime.
