To keep you motivated as you exercise, the ATIVAFIT Stationary Exercise Bike’s digital LCD Monitor  (battery operated) displays all the basic workout stats you need such as Time, Speed, Distance, Calories burned, and Pulse heart-rate.  Your pulse heart-rate is measured via the contact pulse sensors built into the handlebars each side of the monitor.
