The Weslo Momentum G 3.2 Hybrid Trainer is a low-priced 2-in-1 entry-level exercise machine, combining an upright exercise bike with an elliptical trainer for the best of both worlds.

Cycling and elliptical training are great cardio and low-impact exercises which are easier on your joints than many other forms of exercise.

Get fit, tone up and burn calories with the choice of sitting or standing on the Weslo Momentum G 3.2 Hybrid Trainer.  The pedals offer forward and reverse motion and there are 2 sets of handlebars (static and moving) so you can work just your lower body or your lower and upper body together.

The Weslo Momentum G 3.2 Hybrid Trainer’s seat is fully adjustable fore/aft/up/down for a custom fit.

You can control the intensity of your workout with the Weslo Momentum G3.2’s easy-to-use turn dial tension knob.  Simply turn the dial up to increase the resistance for a more challenging workout or turn the dial down to decrease the resistance for an easier workout.

The Weslo Momentum G3.2 Hybrid Trainer comes with its own workout console that offers 8 different workout programs designed by a certified personal trainer to keep your workouts varied and challenging.

The large LCD display keeps you motivated by displaying your workout stats as you exercise, including time, speed, distance, calories burned and heart-rate (via grip pulse heart-rate monitors built into the static handlebars).

The console even incorporates an integrated tablet holder (note when placing your tablet, you will cover the screen display) so you can keep yourself entertained as you exercise and watch the time fly by!

The Weslo Momentum G 3.2 Hybrid Trainer also includes a front-mounted water bottle holder so you can keep hydrated as you exercise.

Motivational tips:

  • Cycling for just 30 minutes could burn between 207-345 calories for women, or 252-420 calories for men, depending on the intensity of the cycling.
  • Working out on an elliptical trainer for just 30 minutes could burn approx. 310 calories for women or 378 calories for men, depending on the intensity of the workout.
