“I wasn’t expecting much from the Body Champ Trio Trainer as most home exercise machines are less than useful and just take up space, but this machine completely blew me away!  I bought this for my mom and she really loves it.  It actually doesn’t take up much space and is extremely simple to use.  The multi-functionality of this machine is what really sells it.  On a traditional treadmill my mom would have to get off when she got tired but with this machine she can just sit down and continue to exercise.  The machine is well-built and stable in operation.  It’s not the best looking machine but is great value for money.  I highly recommend it.”

“We added the Body Flex Sports 3-in-1 to our home gym a few weeks ago.  We were pleasantly surprised with the overall design and build of this machine – better than similar machines we had seen in local sports stores that cost more money.  The instruction manual was easy to understand and the machine was straightforward to set up.  The size of the machine is not bulky and it has rolling caps on the bottom front stand to move the machine if necessary.  The seat has some flex/wobble in it but overall the machine is holding up well and appears to be durable.  Our whole family use this (we weigh between 110 to 200 lb) and the machine is very sturdy.  The electronic display has 24 preset programs that are adjustable.  It shows your workout activities and tracks your heart-rate.  The magnetic control works effectively at decreasing or increasing the workout effort.  We didn’t think we’d use the recumbent bike function but actually have found it very helpful for warm ups/recovery.   We have the machine placed on carpet and it operates relatively quietly and is not shaky.  Very satisfied.”
