The Pooboo x7 3-in-1 Folding Exercise Bike is a very affordable and well-built entry-level exercise bike for home use.
The Pooboo x7 Exercise Bike is cleverly designed with the addition of arm resistance bands and a set of dumbbells (2x 2.2 lbs) to add an upper body workout in unison with your lower-body cycling workout.
The Pooboo x7 Exercise Bike’s drivetrain utilizes a 5.5 lbs precision-balanced flywheel and a magnetic resistance system to ensure smooth and quiet operation. The flywheel is fully encased making it dust-proof and sweat-proof for long-lasting durability.

To keep your workouts progressively challenging, the Pooboo x7 Folding Exercise Bike offers 8 levels of adjustable magnetic resistance which are easy to adjust via a simple-to-use turn-dial tension knob located on the frame underneath the monitor/front handlebars.

The Pooboo x7’s LCD Monitor (battery operated) helps to keep you motivated as you cycle, tracking and displaying all the basic workout data you need such as Time, Speed, Distance, Calories burned and Pulse heart-rate.

Although not specifically designed with a tablet holder, there is a ledge on the monitor where you could place a tablet or mobile phone to keep entertained as you exercise. But bear in mind that if you do place a tablet/phone here it will cover the Monitor’s display screen.
To help you stay within your target heart-rate zone as you cycle, your pulse heart-rate is measured via the Pooboo’s contact pulse grip sensors built into the front handlebars around the display monitor.
The Pooboo x7 Exercise Bike also has another set of handlebars by the side of the seat so you can choose whether to sit upright and hold onto the front handlebars or sit in a more relaxed laid-back way and hold onto the handlebars by the side of the seat. Note that the pulse grip sensors are only integrated on the front handlebars, not the seat handlebars. Each set of handlebars are coated with soft foam rubber for a comfortable non-slip grip.
For user comfort, the Pooboo x7 Exercise Bike features an extra large padded seat (10.4” wide x 8.6” long) and is height adjustable for different users. The seat also features a padded backrest for additional support.

For safety, the Pooboo x7 features non-slip pedals with adjustable foot straps.
As previously mentioned, the Pooboo x7 3-in-1 Folding Exercise Bike comes with the bonus of Arm Resistance Bands and a set of Dumbbells for upper body resistance training. The arm resistance bands attach to the rear base of the bike and feature flexible foam hand grips for safety and comfort. The set of two dumbbells feature an easy-grip neoprene coating for a secure hold and each dumbbell weighs 2.2 lbs (1 kg each). There are dedicated holders on the rear frame under the seat to store the dumbbells.

The Pooboo x7 Exercise Bike is sturdily constructed with an x-type frame and features adjustable floor stabilizers to help with leveling on uneven floors. The Pooboo x7 supports a recommended user weight capacity of up to 200 lbs.
The Pooboo x7 Exercise Bike itself weighs around 42 lbs and features front-mounted transport wheels for easy portability. Its compact design means it won’t take up much space in your home and its battery operated console means you can place the bike anywhere in your home without having to worry about finding a space near a wall/power socket outlet. Meanwhile, the bike’s folding frame design makes it easy to store away when not in use.
Full dimensions of the Pooboo x7 Exercise Bike measure around 34.7” long x 45.3” high x 20.5” wide, while FOLDED dimensions measure around just 20.5” long x 52.5” high x 20.5” wide.

See what some customers who have bought the Pooboo x7 3-in-1 Folding Exercise Bike have to say about it:
V.H.:
“I love the Pooboo x7 Exercise Bike for working at home. It operates so quietly and the resistance levels work great.”
A.C.:
“Love the convenience of this exercise bike. The Pooboo is a great exercise bike and a reasonable price. I love the fact that it can be folded up and pushed out of the way when we’re not using it. The bike was very easy to assemble with clear instructions. It comes with 2x 1kg dumbbells which the kids use while we use the cycle!”
A.M.:
“The Pooboo x7 Exercise Bike arrived quickly and was pretty easy to assemble (just one part I needed help with). The bike itself is quiet and easy to use. I’ve been using it every day for around a week so far with no problems. The magnetic resistance levels are easy to adjust and definitely make a difference. The seat is adjustable for different user heights but is a bit awkward to do (you definitely can’t adjust it while sitting on it!). Good value overall and would recommended.”
B.D.:
“Loving my Pooboo
x7 Exercise Bike so far – it was exactly what I was hoping for. The bike was really easy to assemble – took me
around just 30-45 minutes. The display
screen runs on batteries but you don’t have to have the display on to use the
bike – I take the batteries out and lay my tablet or phone over the screen
instead (note that if you place a tablet/phone over the screen with the
batteries in, it presses the button on the screen). The bike itself is extremely quiet and super
smooth to use. I love the backrest on
the seat - that really is nicer than I thought it would be. There are lots of resistance options,
although I’m finding it to be a bit loud/tight when changing the
resistance. It’s nice to have the addition
of the resistance bands and dumbbells with the bike – I like to move my arms
and get the blood flowing to my upper body (light workout) while cycling. The compact size of this bike is perfect for
our small apartment.”
