The Spinner S7 Indoor Cycle Bike is Spinner’s top-of-the-range spin bike in their Lifestyle Series.

Boasting a heavier flywheel than the other spin bikes in the Lifestyle range (35 lbs compared to the S5 and S3’s 31 lb flywheel), the Spinner S7 is suitable for both beginners and more advanced cyclists looking to get fit in the comfort of their own home.

The Spinner S7 spin bike’s 35 lb flywheel is perimeter weighted to provide smooth and consistent cycling and its chain drive system gives the bike a true road-bike feel.  Generally speaking, the heavier the flywheel is, the more consistent the momentum will be.

The Spinner S7 features a friction resistance system via a micro-adjustable turn-knob together with a simple-to-use push to stop emergency brake with leather pad that is more hard-wearing for longer durability.

The Spinner S7 Indoor Cycle is suitable for a range of rider heights (from 4ft 10” tall up to 6ft 7” tall) thanks to its fully adjustable seat that adjusts both up/down and fore/aft as well as height adjustable handlebars.  The wide saddle is padded for comfort and the large diameter commercial-sized handlebars feature rubberized non-slip grips with multi-grip positions.

The Spinner S7 comes with dual-sided pedals for cage or SPD compatibility.  The pedals have standard threads so can easily be swapped out for pedals of your own choice if preferred.  One advantage of this bike is that it has a narrow Q-factor of 147 mm (distance between pedals) which gives it a more natural feel like a road-bike and is easier on the knees.
