The Nordic Track GX 4.6 Pro Bike features 32 built-in workout programs and is also iFit enabled for additional options. The built-in programs include calorie, intensity and performance training programs, all of which are designed by a certified personal trainer.

The iFit technology (subscription required for iFit) allows you to simulate training routes from anywhere in the world using Google Maps Street View and automatically adjusts the bike’s resistance to match the terrain. iFit also enables you to get additional new workout programs, track your progress and tailor your training to meet your specific goals.

The Nordic Track GX 4.6 Pro’s console is easy-to-use and features a large 7” full-color touch-screen display. The screen displays your workout stats to keep you motivated as you cycle, including time, speed, distance, calories, pulse, resistance.

The screen also integrates with iFit workouts and fitness tracking programs and is also Web-enabled, allowing you to browse online as you exercise.

With the Nordic Track GX 4.6 Pro’s CardioGrip sensors built into the handlebars and included wireless Bluetooth Smart chest strap, you can ensure you stay in your target heart-rate zone as you cycle.

The Nordic Track GX 4.6 Pro Bike features an oversized cushioned seat that is padded and covered with vinyl for user comfort. The seat is fully adjustable, both up/down and fore/aft, to suit different rider heights for a custom fit.
