The YOSUDA PRO L-010 Magnetic Indoor Cycling Bike is an impressive spin bike for home use.  The YOSUDA PRO L-010 has been updated from the original L-001A spin bike with magnetic resistance instead of friction, a heavier 40 lbs flywheel instead of 35 lbs, a higher user weight capacity of up to 350 lbs, reinforced pedals, and 4-way adjustable seat AND handlebars compared to the original bike’s height only adjustable handlebars.

 

The YOSUDA PRO L-010 Indoor Cycle’s drive system combines a heavy-weight 40 lbs flywheel with belt drive and magnetic resistance system to provide a super smooth and quiet ride throughout the bike’s 100 micro-adjustable resistance levels.  The resistance is easy to adjust via a simple-to-use twist-knob which doubles as an emergency push-down brake, putting you in total control over the intensity of your workout.

To help keep you motivated, the YOSUDA PRO L-010 Indoor Cycling Bike comes with a Digital Monitor that tracks and displays your workout data as you cycle including Time, Speed, Distance, RPM, Odo, and Calories Burned.

Summary:

 

The YOSUDA PRO L-010 Indoor Cycle is an improvement on the previous model.  It’s very sturdily built and operates smoothly and quietly.  Generally speaking, the higher the flywheel weight, the more consistent the momentum will be, so the 40 lb flywheel on this bike does the job!  Not all spin bikes come with a digital monitor so that’s a bonus and, in particular, most spin bikes at this low price point do not have the full adjustability of the YOSUDA PRO L-010, i.e. the 4-way adjustable seat AND handlebar (most bikes in this price category have height only adjustable handlebars) so you get a much better custom fit on this bike.
