The Exerpeutic LX7 Indoor Cycle Trainer gives a more challenging workout than a traditional upright exercise bike, simulating a true road bike in the comfort of your own home.
The Exerpeutic LX7 Indoor Cycle Trainer utilizes a 40 lb cast-iron chromed-rim flywheel together with a chain drive system for an authentic cycling experience that’s both smooth and quiet.
Tension adjustment knob & push-down brake |
The turn-knob doubles as an emergency brake – simply press down on the knob to come to a stop.
Use the tension adjustment and top down brake in conjunction with sitting or standing as you cycle to simulate real road riding on different terrains like flats or hills.
For a custom fit for different rider heights (recommended range from 5ft 2” up to 6ft 2” tall), the Exerpeutic LX7’s saddle is 4-way adjustable, i.e. it adjusts up/down and forwards/backwards.
Multi-grip handlebars & LCD monitor |
A bonus for an indoor cycle trainer at this low point, is the fact that the Exerpeutic LX7 comes with an easy-to-use LCD monitor that displays motivating workout stats as you exercise including time, speed, distance, calories and pulse. Your heart-rate is measured via the built-in pulse sensors located in the bike’s handlebars.
Additional features of the Exerpeutic LX7 Indoor Cycle Trainer include 3-piece crank system, toe-cage pedals, water bottle holder, floor stabilizers, and transport wheels. The seat and pedals are easy to swap out for ones of your own if preferred. This spin bike allows for a maximum user weight capacity of up to 300 lbs.
Motivational tip: Just a 30 minute cycle ride could burn between 207-345 calories for women, or 252-420 calories for men, depending on the intensity of the cycling.
Let’s take a closer look at the features and specifications in detail of the Exerpeutic LX7 to help you decide if it’s the best indoor cycle trainer for you:

See what some customers who have bought the Exerpeutic LX7 Indoor Cycle Trainer have to say about it:
J.T.:
“I’ve been using the Exerpeutic LX7 for around3 weeks so far with no problems. It’s a nice spin bike for beginners and intermediate riders.”
B.W.:
“Great spin bike! I use the Exerpeutic LX7 once or twice a week and it does everything I need it to do. My husband also uses it. I’m 5ft 1” tall, 160 lbs, and my husband is 5ft 8” tall, 190 lbs. I was a bit worried about buying it because it was on the cheaper side as far as spin bikes go, but actually it doesn’t feel cheap or light to us at all and is a great addition to our home workout space. My only complaint is that I find the seat to be very uncomfortable but what bike seats aren’t?! I solved this problem by buying a gel pad seat cover.”
R.M.:
“Good piece of exercise equipment. It can be adjusted to fit different riders and the monitor is very accurate.”
