Simulate an authentic-feeling bicycle ride in the comfort of your own home with the L NOW Indoor Cycling Bike Trainer LD-582.

The L NOW Indoor Cycle is equipped with a heavy-duty 40 lb electroplated bi-directional flywheel together with a belt-drive system (leather belt) which combine to provide an ultra smooth and quiet workout.

Sturdily built, you can sit or stand to cycle on the L NOW to simulate tackling different terrain like flats and hills and there’s a dual-purpose resistance/braking knob so you can adjust the intensity of your workout with a simple turn of the knob or push down on it to brake.

The L NOW LD-582 Indoor Cycling Bike Trainer comes with a fitness monitor that displays motivating workout stats as you cycle on a 3.4” LCD screen. Stats displayed include time, speed, distance, ODO, calories burned and heart rate.

Your heart-rate is measured via built-in pulse sensors in the L NOW bike’s handlebars and will help you to stay within your target heart-rate zone as you exercise.

4-way adjustable saddle

The L NOW Indoor Cycle’s seat and handlebars are fully adjustable (up, down, forwards, backwards) for a custom fit for different users. The saddle is cushioned for added comfort and the handlebars are equipped with micro fiber for a comfortable grip.

The L NOW Indoor Cycle Trainer comes with toe-cage pedals (9/16 thread size) and has a Q-factor of 7.5” (distance between pedals).
