Both the Bowflex
VeloCore 22 and 16 Indoor Cycles are sturdily and durably constructed and
utilize a super smooth and quiet drive system that combines a 40 lb flywheel
with a belt drive and magnetic resistance system, providing consistent momentum
throughout the bike’s 100 resistance levels.
It’s easy to adjust the tension level via the bike’s simple-to-use resistance
turn-knob which doubles as a push-down brake.

For a custom fit for different riders, both the Bowflex VeloCore 22 and 16 IC Bikes are fully adjustable, i.e. both the seat and handlebar are 4-way adjustable (up, down, fore, aft). The seat is a racing-style saddle and the handlebar offers multi-grip positions allowing you to mimic different riding postures to simulate riding on flats or hills.
The combination of different riding postures
and the Leaning Mode help to utilize different muscle groups, giving you more
of an overall workout compared to a traditional stationary bike. (You don’t have to use the Leaning Mode if
you don’t want to, the bike can be kept in stationary mode if you prefer.)
Sturdily constructed, the Bowflex VeloCore 22 and 16 IC Bikes each weigh around 158 lbs and have a footprint of around 59.8” long x 24.1” wide x 55.3” high. For additional stability, both VeloCore spin bikes also features adjustable floor stabilizers for leveling on uneven floors.
