W.D.:
“The Nautilus R614 Recumbent Bike is a good quality machine. It was easy to assemble this bike, took me around 90 minutes. It’s a very solid bike. There are some plastic parts on it, but the main parts of the bike are metal so I don’t think it will have a problem holding up. I like the seat on this bike, it’s better than a normal bicycle seat and so is much more comfortable, especially for longer workouts. I love the backrest on the seat too, it’s helpful now I’m a bit older and more prone to a sore back. The sliding seat system enables you get the correct distance from the pedals. You can use the bike in manual mode or use the great programs, simulating things like going up or down hill for example. You can control how much push back you want for your workout. You can go online to track your training progress. You can save data for more than 1 person. There are 2 plug-ins for a USB cable or sound cable for iPod/smartphone etc. I can fit my iPad on the media shelf and it’s very stable. I’m very happy with this recumbent bike and expect it to last for years to come.”
N.B. It’s advisable to consult your doctor or health care professional if you are new to exercise or if you have any concerns regarding your health and fitness regime.
