The Ironman H-Class 210 Magnetic Upright Exercise Bike combines a quiet belt-drive system with 24 levels of smooth magnetic resistance and 21 pre-set workout programs to keep your workouts varied and motivating.

In addition to the Ironman H-Class 210’s 21 workout programs, this exercise bike also offers 3 computer goal workout settings for additional challenge:  time, distance and calories burned.

The Ironman H-Class 210 features an easy-to-use computer console (powered by included AC adapter) with a highly visual blue backlit LCD screen that displays motivating workout stats including time, distance, speed, RPM, odometer, watts, calories burned and pulse.

The console also features a built-in smart-phone/tablet holder so you can keep yourself entertained as you exercise (note that placing a large tablet in the holder may cover the display screen).

Your pulse heart-rate is measured via the bike’s built-in Hand Pulse Sensors located in the handlebars.  There’s also a Recovery feature that provides heart-rate recovery evaluation after your workout.

The Ironman H-Class 210 Upright Bike’s seat is easily adjustable with multiple seat height adjustments and is suitable for a range of user heights from 5ft tall up to 6ft 4” tall.
