The Stamina ATS Air Resistance Exercise Bike combines moving handlebars to work your upper body with cycling action to work your lower body for a more effective workout that tones your whole body and burns more calories than cycling alone.

“I bought the Stamina ATS Air Bike to get back into exercise. It took around just 45 minutes to assemble this bike and it came with clear instructions and all the tools you needed to put it together. The seat is ok as it is but I did order an imitation sheepskin cover to make it even more comfortable. I weigh around 254 lbs and am 5ft 11” tall and this bike works well for me. This air bike is a fairly small size so doesn’t take up much space and it’s also fairly light and easy to re-locate if you need to. This bike is fairly loud in operation, which is not uncommon for an air/fan bike, but it’s tolerable. Overall, the Stamina ATS Air Bike is good value for money.”
