The Sole Fitness SB800 Air Bike features moving handlebars so you can work your arms/upper body at the same time as working your legs cycling. Alternatively you can isolate an upper body workout by resting your feet on the bike’s large stationary foot pegs.
The Sole Fitness SB800 Air Bike utilizes a 25” steel resistance fan wheel together with air resistance. The air resistance system effectively gives you unlimited resistance levels, working on the premise that the faster/harder you pedal, the tougher the resistance will be, putting you in total control of the intensity of your workout.

The Sole SB800 Air Bike comes with a padded saddle that’s easily adjustable for different user heights. The saddle adjusts both up/down and fore/aft for a custom fit, allowing you to workout for longer in comfort.
Weighing more than most of its competitors, the Sole SB800 Air Bike is solidly built for intensive training and long-lasting durability. It’s constructed with a sturdy steel frame and features front and rear stabilizers for added stability. For ease of portability, the SB800 comes with front-mounted transport wheels so you can easily wheel the air bike to a different location if required.
The Sole SB800 is suitable for both home and light commercial use (up to 5 hours a day) and offers a maximum user weight capacity of up to 300 lbs.

Sole Fitness SB800 Air Bike |
Summary:
Air bikes offer a unique low-impact yet effective total body workout that’s easier on your joints compared to many other forms of exercise. The Sole SB800 allows you to work both your arms and legs in unison or you can rest your legs and just work your arms. It’s a great way to work more muscle groups than you would with a traditional exercise bike!
One advantage of air bikes is that the resistance fan wheel creates a nice breeze which helps to keep you cool as you workout. Bear in mind that this type of bike can tend to be a little noisier than a traditional exercise bike because of the fan wheel so if you like listening to music or watching TV while you exercise, you may have to turn the sound up a little bit!
Because the Sole SB800 Air Bike is self-powered you don’t have to worry about finding a space for it near a power outlet.
Overall, the Sole Fitness SB800 Air Bike is durable and solidly built to withstand intensive training and rivals many of the high-end air bikes on the market today.
N.B. It’s advisable to consult your doctor or health care professional if you are new to exercise or if you have any concerns regarding your health and fitness regime.
