Lifecore Fitness 1060RB Recumbent Exercise Bike |
Summary:
Recumbent bikes are designed for comfort and ease of use. They offer a low-impact form of exercising which puts less stress on your joints and back than many other types of exercise. It’s easy to see why recumbent bikes are one of the most popular forms of exercise that many people are more likely to be able to sustain and continue exercising with.
You’ll appreciate the design and build of the Lifecore Fitness 1060RB – its low profile step-through frame makes it easy to mount and dismount, and the padded seat and air mesh back is comfy and easily adjustable to get the best fit possible. There’s a great variety of workouts and resistance levels to keep everyone happy and motivated. The solid build of this bike means it will stand up to more intensive use than the majority of home recumbent bikes and is suitable for both home and light-commercial use.
N.B. It’s advisable to consult your doctor or health care professional if you are new to exercise or if you have any concerns regarding your health and fitness regime.
