Fun to ride, the MOTAN M-850 features large 26” by 4” wide fat tires suitable for all terrains including road, trail, hills, the beach and even snow!

The mountain bike styled Addmotor MOTAN M-850 Fat Tire E-Bike is Motan’s biggest bike, suitable for larger riders ranging in height from 5ft 8” tall up to 6ft 10” tall, with a maximum load capacity up to 350 lbs.

With its large smooth rolling wheels and dual suspension, the Addmotor MOTAN M-850 E-Bike provides a comfortable ride.  It features a durable 6061 aluminum alloy frame, a MOZO aluminum 100mm Travel Suspension Fork with Preload and an Aluminum alloy Kingshock Spring Shock Absorber.

The Addmotor MOTAN M-850 Fat Tire Electric Bicycle utilizes a rear 500 watt brushless motor with a removable 48V 10.4AH Samsung lithium cell battery that combine to offer full electric mode (with variable speed control 1/2 twist throttle) or 5 levels of pedal assist with the following speed and distance ranges:

·         Speeds:  up to 25 mph
·         Distance range on full electric mode:  up to 30 miles
·         Distance range of pedal assist mode:  up to 45 miles

The MOTAN M-850’s battery can be removed and recharged in around 3-4 hours with the supplied US Standard DC Smart Charger.

Also supplied with the Addmotor M-850 is a 5” LCD display screen which shows info such as speed, mileage and battery life.  The LCD display features a Night Mode for easy viewing and there’s also a USB charging port.

“I’ve had the Addmotor Motan M-850 for a couple of weeks so far and it’s my first fat tire bike and my first e-bike.  Wow, it’s a great bike.  Assembling it was easy and the bike has a very solid feel.  It is a heavy bike, but pedaling and maneuvering it is actually easier than I thought it would be.  I’m still figuring out the right suspension adjustments I need for how I ride and the areas I ride in, but that’s to be expected.  I typically ride without any assist for the first half of my ride (or until my legs ache!) and then use the pedal assist or throttle.  The assist mode makes me grin and makes riding so much fun.  I can go so much further on this bike and get “thumb-ups” looks.  Haven’t discovered just how far I can go on a single charge yet as I have limited time.”

“The Motan M-850 arrived well packaged and nothing was broken.  It’s very well constructed and was easy to assemble.  This e-bike has adjustable front and rear suspension and rides very smooth.  The torque and speed of the M-850 is excellent and the throttle is very responsive, just like my motorcycle.  The LCD display screen is great and it gives you details like mph, distance travelled, battery level, plus it has 3 brightness settings.  The 5 pedal assist levels can be set on the LCD.  The bike brakes well, has 7 gears, and handles roads, off-road and steep hills with ease.  The battery lasts a long time, and can be taken out to recharge and charges quickly.  I love riding this e-bike and everyone says how cool it looks.”
