D.C.:
"The Marcy fan bike took me just over an hour to put together. The directions were clear. It did recommend using 2 people to assemble it but I did it on my own. The most difficult part of assembling this bike was putting the pedals on while keeping the arm section in place. I figured out the pedal had to be screwed in backwards. Once I had it assembled, I jumped on for a ride. The monitor/electronics work well and offer several monitoring options. The tension/resistance knob is easy to use. I found the seat to be comfortable and the arms move easily. I use this bike twice a day and am very happy with it. It also has front transportation wheels so you can pick the bike up at the rear and move it where you need it without any effort."
C.T.:
"The Marcy NS-1000 is a good air bike. It appears to be well constructed and has smooth action. I would give it top marks if the seat was more comfortable. I use this bike for 15 minute warm-ups and I don't think I could sit on it for longer than that. I bought a Schwinn gel seat cover but it doesn't seem to make much difference. It was pretty simple to assemble but you might find it easier to use your own tools to do it."
