The Schwinn IC4 and IC3 Indoor Cycling Bikes both offer heart-rate monitoring to help you stay within your target heart-rate zone as you exercise.  The Schwinn IC4 is Bluetooth heart-rate compatible and comes with a Bluetooth heart-rate armband, whereas the Schwinn IC3 is telemetry enabled (chest-strap not included).

For a custom fit, both the Schwinn IC4 and IC3 Spin Bikes feature fully adjustable handlebars and saddle, i.e. they adjust both up/down and fore/aft.  Both bikes feature multi-grip handlebars to accommodate different riding postures, i.e. upright, racing and standing cycling positions.  Both bikes also come with a racing-style saddle and dual-sided pedals for toe-cage or SPD clips.
