“The Merax Finiss was easy to assemble, all I had to do was install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat. Just make sure you tighten everything properly! Compared to a Trek bike I had borrowed, I finished a 10 mile ride 5 minutes quicker on the Merax and found myself staying in lower gears and shifting less. I’ve not had a drop-bar bike before but found it pretty comfortable. The only thing I would say is that I’m 5ft 4” tall and found the 54 cm bike to be a little big for me although I still rode it fairly comfortably. Great entry level bike.”

“I assembled the Merax Finiss myself although the shifters still need some fine tuning. The drop down bars on this bike have shorter ends compared to my previous bike so you only have 2 hand positions instead of 3. Also there’s only 1 set of holes for 1 water bottle holder whereas I usually use 2 water bottles. Overall though, this bike is still a great buy and well worth the money.”
