The SYRINX Indoor Cycling Bike’s drive system utilizes a 35 lb bidirectional flywheel with a belt drive for quiet and smooth motion.
The heavy flywheel weight ensures consistent momentum and the SYRINX’s adjustable resistance system allows you to challenge yourself as you can increase (or decrease!) the intensity of the workout.
The heavy flywheel weight ensures consistent momentum and the SYRINX’s adjustable resistance system allows you to challenge yourself as you can increase (or decrease!) the intensity of the workout.
The SYRINX’s resistance is easy to adjust with the spin bike’s twist-knob which also doubles as an emergency push-down brake. The SYRINX’s brake pad is made from high-quality durable pure wool felt which provides extra tension without the noise!
To keep you motivated, the SYRINX Indoor Cycle comes with an LCD monitor that tracks and displays your workout stats including time, speed, distance, odometer and calories burned.
There’s also a handy shelf at the base of the SYRINX’s monitor to place your mobile phone or tablet to keep entertained as you exercise, and this spin bike also comes with an aluminum alloy water bottle holder so you can keep hydrated as you cycle.
For user comfort, the SYRINX Indoor Cycling Bike features a fully adjustable saddle, i.e. the seat adjusts both up/down and forwards/backwards. The adjustability of this spin bike allows for an inseam height range from 28.5” up to 37.5”.
The saddle itself is large and padded and features a spring buffer for added comfort. In addition, the saddle offers good air permeability and heat dissipation. Overall, the design of the saddle allows you to ride for longer in more comfort compared to the traditional hard narrow saddles that typically come with spin bikes.
Multi-position grip handlebars |
The SYRINX Spin Bike is equipped with anti-slip pedals with adjustable toe cages and straps. If you prefer different pedals such as SPD, they are easy to swap out for ones of your own (standard 9/16 size).
Sturdily and durably constructed, the SYRINX Indoor Cycling Bike allows for a user weight capacity of up to 280 lbs. This bike features adjustable stabilizers for leveling on uneven floors for additional stability.
The SYRINX is manually operated (just batteries required for the digital monitor) so there’s no need to worry about finding a space near a wall socket – you can place the bike anywhere in your home and it doesn’t take up much space with a footprint of around just 39” long x 18.2” wide x 43” high.
The bike itself weighs around 75 lbs and is easy to move around if needed with its front-mounted transport wheels.
Fitness tip: Cycling for just 30 minutes could burn between 207-345 calories for women, or 252-420 calories for men, depending on the intensity of the cycling.
