The Schwinn Capitol Women’s Bike features an aluminum step-through 16” hybrid frame with an all-new Schwinn comfort fit geometry.
The Schwinn Capitol’s step-through frame design makes it easy to mount and dismount the bike’s comfort padded seat, while the seat post and handlebar stem can be adjusted for a custom fit to give you the most comfortable riding position.

To help absorb the bumps in the terrain, the Schwinn Capitol features a front fork shock absorber and a suspension seat post.

The Schwinn Captiol Women’s Hybrid Bicycle is available in an attractive lavender color with contrasting wheels, seat and handgrips. Alternatively you can get the previous model in a darker purple color (while it’s still available).
