“The Schwinn Capitol is a great bike for the price. It has a quick-detach front wheel and the handlebar grips are deluxe. You can attach your own rear rack if you want to as it has the allen nuts on the rear tire fork for this. It took me around half an hour to assemble and adjust the bike, though I did watch some YouTube videos on this before it came.
