The Dahon Mariner D7 Folding Bike is a real gem of a bike for multi-modal urban travelling. It’s comfortable to ride and has a good range of gear options for a folding bike. It’s quick and easy to fold and unfold. The aluminium frame makes it lightweight enough to easily carry on and off other modes of transport, while still being sturdy enough to give a stable ride. When folded, it doesn’t take up much space so not only is it easy to carry on to other modes of transport but is also easy to store away.

See what customers who have bought the Dahon Mariner D7 Folding Bike have to say about it:
B.D.:
“I wouldn’t bother with any other models of folding bikes except the Dahon Mariner D7. I previously had a cheaper Dahon model, the Boardwalk which only had 1 speed. With the Dahon Mariner you can go fast with its 7 speeds and I can easily pass by people on regular bicycles most of the time. It’s a light bike and low maintenance. I use this bike to commute to work every day, saving myself money, this bike will pay for itself.
J.H.:
“Both my wife and I have a Dahon Mariner D7 Folding Bike and we love them! We cycle every day and alternate between a 6 mile and a 12 mile route, and these bikes have held up well. After the initial breaking in of the saddle, these bikes are comfortable and perform excellently. I would say the Dahon Mariner’s cost is about average for a folding bike but its performance and build is better than other models of folding bikes. The bikes were very easy to assemble with just minimal assembly required as most of it was already assembled.”
D.W.:
“The Dahon Mariner D7 Folding Bike is a time saver, money-saver and space-saver! I use this bike for my daily commute to work – cycle to the train station, take the bike on the train, cycle from the other end instead of getting a bus to work (around 7 miles cycling a day). I’ve managed to shave 40 minutes off my commute each way as well as saving around $40 a month on commuting costs. I store my folded bike under my desk at work so there’s no worries about it getting stolen. The gear ranges are perfect for both flats and hills. It rides like a normal bike and I usually end up cycling past other cyclists on the way to work. It’s the best purchase I’ve made this year. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a folding bike.”
